Since we've been sooo focused on Baby Adilynn coming... I thought I should take a minute to capture Allyssa and Princess spending time together!!! Too cute!

Camping With Grandpa and Grandma

Grandpa and Grandma are camping here in Poplar Bluff...waiting the arrival of Adilynn Marie, and spending time with Allyssa, and helping Bob and I out! I LOVE...LOVE ...LOVE...

Mom and Allyssa ....Quality Time!!

Reality is setting in... in just a short while it will no longer be just Allyssa and I... little miss Adilynn will be joining us shortly! And even though I can hardly wait to meet her, I am sooo excited for her to be in my arms, BUT.. I'm kinda having a rough time thinking about sharing my time.. I mean it's been 9 years of my total attention on Allyssa! And at times it was a little much... But all in all I really have enjoyed it and am a little sad to know that it's coming to an end! I know I will still be able to do one on one things with her, but you know what I mean... it's just not going to be the Same! Don't get me wrong.. I'm ready for this new adventure... but as I am wanting to make the most of these last months with Allyssa it's been a little rough cause I don't have the energy or sometimes don't feel very well, so I feel that Allyssa has already had to get used to going on by herself or doing things for herself that normally I would do for her... I guess it's not a bad thing, but I just feel really guilty right now... OH,I'm sure it will all work out...

Mom and I... reminds me of when I was pregnant with Allyssa and we were stopped at a stoplight in Vandalia, when Allyssa started moving around a bunch, mom was leaned over feeling her move and then we realized what that must look like to the truckers as they pulled up next to us....LOL Pretty Funny!!

 

Of course Allyssa had to get in on the action as well!!

Costa and Julia, Dan and Chris, and Jeff and Donna, our Wonderful Neighbors gave us a "Baby Party"... and it worked out for my parents to be here for it... We are Truly BLESSED!!

Pink And Green for My GIRLS!!

Here is what I finally decided on... Pink polish since "It's a Girl!!" and I had a green flower painted on each of my big toenails...for Big Sister Allyssa..her favorite color is GREEN!!! I'm all SET!!

 

 

Girls Day Out!

Although I am feeling worn out and ready for Adilynn to make her appearance... it was a very nice day spending time out w/ "the girls" and am so glad that my Mom was able to be here as well!!! We sure did have Some laughs at the Nail Place!!!

My parents arrived in Poplar Bluff to stay and wait for Adilynn's arrival!!! Of course they had to bring some special gifts for Allyssa too!

Allyssa finally had her Soccer party from last years season at the Public Pool...almost a year later.. but she really enjoyed it... Here she's a little nervous about going off the diving board into the deep..deep end...

Practice Makes PERFECT!!

I have tried for years to get Allyssa interested in playing with dolls... I absolutely LOVED playing house and babies when I was little..but Allyssa has just never really taken to it. Now beanie babies, stuffed animals..YES she LOVES playing with them.. but not baby dolls.. well..Until Now.. When we are buying all the baby necessities for Adilynn's arrival...NOW Allyssa has decided to take an interest in her baby dolls. Sooo not only are we purchasing everything that we had just sold or given away of Allyssa's real baby stuff.. stroller, clothes, carseats, playpen... we also just purchased baby doll items that I had just given away because Ally hadn't played w/ them hardly EVER for the last 7 years!!! Oh Well, it just shows that she is Excited for her baby sister to arrive, and she is Practicing Constantly so that she will do the Best Job she can as a Big Sister! She will be AMAZING..I have NO Doubt! I'm just a little concerned that there will be No Room for Adilynn when she arrives... there's at least 3 baby dolls in her playpen and bassinet at all times!!!
